Situation Analysis
We work with company representatives to create a vision for how the company can implement sustainability initiatives. This vision often addresses solutions that will improve the quality of life for their employees, minimizes and mitigate physical impacts, make beneficial impacts on the surrounding community, and eventually strengthen the company economically.
Assessments
We assess the operations of the company to identify opportunities for improving resource efficiency. In addition, we also fully assess buildings to identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency.
Certification
We then work with the company to improve the green aspects of physical assets such as land and building, This process often includes walking the company through green building certification.
Define Success
In the next step, we define the metrics that will constitute “sustainability”, and therefore success, for this company.
Organizational Strategy
We then conduct and lead facilitated sessions with company staff to hand over ownership of the improved company outlook, processes and documentation.
Brand Strategy
Finally we work with the companies PR and/or marketing company to communicate the companies green message to the larger community.
