A professional often comes to us with an upcoming project that has LEED or other aggressive sustainability goals. While these professions have some knowledge, they often do not have a full understanding of the LEED certification process and the steps needed to achieve sustainability goals.

We can take a leadership role on projects that includes creating and refining the overall vision for the project. In our leadership role, we can also work with current teams to educate and provide additional skill sets to complete the project.

We analyze each project and provide data that will allow for informed decisions to be made at the start of the project.
Idea Generation
Our unique experience allows us to identify opportunities to leverage community and site resources. We bring ideas to the table that can make the end product more comprehensive and impactful, often without adjusting the project budget. During this phase, we also implement Stakeholder Charettes, whereby we facilitate an open solution oriented discussion between stakeholders.
Project Feature Design
If requested, we can step in to handle the design of a particular project feature utilizing our ecological system design services.
