Prisca Weems named the City’s first ever Stormwater Manager
FutureProof’s founder Prisca Weems has joined the Mayor’s Office of the City of New Orleans to develop policy, funding mechanisms, and relationships that will enable the City to implement the Greater New Orleans Urban Water Plan that was completed in 2013 by an international team led by Waggonner & Ball Architects. FutureProof held several roles on that team, including development of pilot project designs and implementation strategies. The Stormwater Manager role is a two year position funded by the Surdna Foundation.
